RiverSea Village Wins the Parade of Homes Diamond Award!

The expanded Airlie, located on lot 67 in the Village, was awarded the Diamond Award in the Brunswick Parade of Homes 2006 last week! We knew we had a rare gem on our hands and now this proves it! Way too go Neighborhoods!
Plantation Progress Report!

- The fountain and the landscaping surrounding the fountain have been completed. The berm will also have trees planted soon.
- We are currently waiting on the permit from the state of North Carolina c/o Bridge & 3 Lots meeting with Cama in 2 weeks.
- The Plantation Clubhouse has siding installed and will be finished in approximately 4 to 5 months.
- Street signs and stop signs have been installed.
- The Boat Storage Facility is waiting on a permit.
- The gates have been delayed by construction in the area.
- The HOA will begin electing officials in Oct. or Nov.
- The HOA is in great shape financially.
